  • Having consistency in training
  • Scheduling Target ABC races, a year in advance
  • Be forgiving of missed workouts
  • Keep an open mind to alternative training plans💭
  • Be flexible to LIFE
  • Set specific & achievable goals
  • Patience is your friend, pace yourself
  • If you are not getting paid to train and race, don’t sweat the small stuff😰
  • Listen to your body
  • Eat healthy 🍎and supplement smartly
  • Always carry a spare tube on rides
  • Be supportive of others during races, be encouraging
  • Say it loud!!!!📣: “On your left”
  • Offer advise to newbies in the sport, they will thank you profusely!
